So it looks like the late Amy Winehouse is set to hit the charts again with a new track!
Yes you heard it right!
According to NME, hip hop heavy weight Nas has revealed that a previously unreleased song, which the two recorded together in 2008, will feature on his upcoming album!
The song entitled ‘Cherry Wine’ will appear on the rapper’s tenth studio album ‘Life Is Good,’ which also features collaborations with Drake, Mary J Blige, Rick Ross, Swizz Beatz and Heavy D.
It's the second time the pair have teamed up. Nas and Amy also worked together on another song, ‘Like Smoke,’ which appeared on the late ‘Rehab’ singer’s album ‘Amy Winehouse Lioness: Hidden Treaures.’
Speaking about working with the soul singer, who passed away in July last year, the ‘Hip Hop Is Dead’ rapper told NME,
“We don’t even have an explanation for it happened. It was just magic. It happened. It was supposed to happen. She made it happen.”
