Here Are All The Festivals You NEED To Be At This Summer!
There's one thing that gets us Aussies excited for summer and it's FESTIVALS.
So we've gone ahead and put together all of the boss AF festivals with killer line ups that you need to be at this season!
1. MTV Beats & Eats
How many times have we all been having a solid boogie, but been left dying for a killer meal. FEAR NOT.
This festival has literally gone ahead and combined probably the best two things in the entire universe and that is music and food, people.
MTV's Beats & Eats festival is coming to Stuart Park in Wollongong with an awesome line up featuring Savage, Maala, Paces and even more to be announced! With a range of food choices, both savoury and sweet what isn't to love? Ticket's are on sale now! So don't miss out and be there on the 26th of November for the best event of the Summer!
HarbourLife is the festival that kicks off the summer season with an array of house music for the blessed ticket holders. On the 19th of Novermber, those in attendance will be gifted with 8 hours of the best scenery and music from artists including French house producer and headliner, Fred Falke with some local flavour added by Hayden James and Young Franco.
So this one is definitely a must to shake your groove thang on the Fleet Steps, Mrs Macquarie’s Point, Sydney.
Back for it's third year, Lost Paradise also known as 'Your Hidden Wonderland', presents potentially the best way to spend your New Year's this summer.
This unique festival introduces a mix of dance, indie, techno, live, electronic and indie-rock to feed every taste of festival goers. Lost Paradise will fulfill all your festival dreams over three magical nights from the 29th-31st of December.
If you weren't already sold then all we have to say is: Sticky Fingers and Flight Facilities.
Time to embrace your inner Alice and take a trip down the rabbit hole to wonderland my dear friends.
4. St. Jerome's Laneway festival
St. Jerome's Laneway Festival is back again and ready to impress the music lovers of Singapore, Auckland, Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Fremantle.
This 2017 shebang is bringing forward huge acts, including Nick Murphy (FKA Chet Faker) and Tame Impala. They introduce a huge range of other international and local acts that are destined to make you cry tears of joy.
Check them out for your city here and dont forget to get your hands on some tickets before they are all gone and you have to listen to the Pandora playlist crying cause you missed out.
5. Field Day
What better way to kick off 2017 than Field Day on the 1st of Jan. Whilst this experience is only in Sydney it's definitely worth a plane flight or road trip to be in attendance!
This year features, wait for it... Childish Gambindo and Chance The Rapper - *dies* - headlining a baller line up at The Domain.
New Year's Day never looked so good when you can spend it with The Broods, Alison Wonderland, Hermitude, SAFIA, What So Not and more.
Get in quick cause this one festival you do not want to miss!
Falls Festival demands your attention even if you're not the typical festival junkie and with a line up including Matt Corby, Childish Gambino, The Jezebels and London Grammer who wouldn't want to go?
Falls takes place from the 31st-2nd of Jan in Byron Bay, which means your New Year's party will definitely be better than everyone elses. Don't fret though, Falls makes its way to Lorne, Marion Bay and Fremantle as well for those worried about missing out.
You can also choose whether or not camp on ground or stay in outside accomidation without the cost being included in your ticket. Score!
There you have it. Now all you have to do it be there or be really really annoyed you're not.
