Big Boi’s Back!
It took him a mighty four years to drop his first solo record 'Sir Lucious Leftfoot the Son of Chico Dusty' - but now, just seven months after its release, Big Boi’s already halfway through recording the follow-up!
The Detroit-born hitmaker, whose solo effort reaffirmed his place in the rap world and bagged him critical and commercial success, told Billboard.com of his second solo album,
"[I'm] five or six songs deep.
"I'm in the studio working on some new material, producing a couple records for outside artists and on tour.
"When I'm not on the road I'm in the studio, rockin' shows and droppin' flow."
But for those of you who are still desperate to see the singer reunite with André 3000 – it looks like you’ll have to just wait and see.
When quizzed about a new Outkast record, he simply added that a reunion was “top secret.”
