ICYMI, Charlotte Crosby started a fitness initiative last week to kick start her own health kick, but also to inspire her followers to reach their own goals.
Entitled FOF - 'Fuck Off Fat' - Char created a daily meal plan and alternate exercise regimes, which resulted in an eight pound (3.6 kgs) weight loss.
