Pre-work Raves are heading Down Under!
Conceived in East London, Morning Gloryville is a company looking to promote a healthy lifestyle through sober pre-work raves held from 6:30am- 10:30am.
Sydneysiders will soon be able to ditch the conventional gym workout for a movement known as “conscious clubbing” in a very unconventional venue- Paddington Uniting Church.
"From 6:30am ravers will be treated to a rave wonderland where pumping tunes, yoga, massage, fresh smoothies and healthy food replace the usual dreary pre-work routine.” Organisers wrote on the Facebook page.
“With the sounds of some of Sydney’s best DJs filling the air across a broad and uplifting music policy, Morning Gloryville will unite Sydney dance lovers in a sober love-fest as they rave their way into the day.”
The company states there’s only really one rule- sobriety, so if you’re thinking of heading over after a solid bender sesh are Arq or Spice, think again.
Morning Gloryville only want “authenticity and fun on a completely new level” to allow “that raw inner you to be unleashed!"
The inaugural class starts Wednesday July 23.
