It’s been an incredible year so far for pop princess Demi Lovato – not only has she released a chart-topping album and landed a coveted spot on the ‘X Factor' judging panel, but she’s also just won her very first Moonman at the '2012 MTV Video Music Awards'
The singer took home the award for ‘Best Video With A Message’ for her track ‘Skyscraper.’
“I can’t tell you what this means to me” Demi gushed as she received the award on the VMA Red Carpet.

The talented 20-year-old later entertained fans and celebrities alike on the Red Carpet at LA’s Staples Center, performing her new single ‘Give Your Heart A Break.’
