PICS: Ed Sheeran Visited His Controversial Mural As Soon As He Arrived In Dunedin
Ya boi Ed Sheeran has finally touched down in Dunedin.
The city is pulling out all the stops for the singer - aside from playing host to a giant mural of his face, the airport's sign has also been changed to read as 'DunEDin'.
And if that wasn't enough, a number of restaurants also offer Sheeran-themed meals (what?!).
Some reckon the hype has gone a bit too far... But Ed is living for it.

The singer posted a couple of pics and videos via Instagram, giving the city's makeover his stamp of approval.
"The've changed the name of the airport," he said. "So awesome."
As soon as he arrived in Dunners, he headed straight for the ~controversial~ $8,000 mural of his face on Bath St.
And of course he took a selfie...
Sheeran will play three shows in Dunedin this week - so if you're a local you might wanna keep an eye out for your fave singer.
