Head to Glass Brasserie at the Hilton Sydney and choose between a carefully crafted a la carte menu dubbed 'Lunch with Luke & Friends', which is full of fresh local produce.

Grossi's Flinders Island lamb is particularly more-ish and a time-honoured family recipe; crumbed and drizzled with tomatoes, onion, parsley, sage, rosemary, salt and pepper. Don't forget a side of melt in your mouth mashed potato.
