A 'Game Of Thrones' Star Has Teased The Season 8 Finale
Game Of Thrones star Ben Crompton, who plays Nights Watch brother Edd, has spilled the wine on season 8 of the series.
Crompton is currently filming the final season of the world's biggest TV show, and has dished a teaser, promising the show will be "going out with a bang".
“We’re currently filming. I think the shoot goes on probably until next year,” he tells Metro.
“Even though there’s only six episodes, there’s a lot to shoot because it’s the last one. We’re going out with a bang.”
He continues: “However [creators Dan Weiss and David Benioff] choose to end the show there’s always going to be people who have their opinion about how the show should end.
“I’d be surprised if people are disappointed because there’s a lot of effort and love gone into this, and I think it’s very satisfying. So hopefully everyone will agree.”
His comments come after Isaac Hempstead-Wright AKA Bran Stark told The Hollywood Reporter that the series “won’t go the way some people want”.
“It will be too happy for some people, or too sad, or too whatever,” he continued.
“That’s the nature of an ending… Nothing more is coming, and the certainty of it being over will definitely bother people.”
Meanwhile, Kit Harrington has admitted that he cried when he found out how Thrones will ultimately end.
Either way, the rest of us plebs will have to wait for 2019 to find out.
