Days After Celebrating Her 30th Birthday Taylor Swift Announces She'll Be Headlining Glastonbury Festival's 50th Anniversary In 2020
Now that Taylor Swift has hit the big 3-0, she'll probably just fade into oblivion - right?
The Lover singer has just announced she will be headlining Glastonbury Festival's 50th anniversary next year in 2020. Talk about a career highlight wow-eeeeeeee.
"I’m ecstatic to tell you that I’ll be headlining Glastonbury on its 50th anniversary - See you there! 💋," she posted on social media alongside a picture of herself with a mock newspaper front page.
The country-turned-pop megastar will share the honour with none other than Beatles LEGEND, Paul McCartney, who will headline the Saturday lineup, while Tay-Tay will close things out on the Sunday.
This comes after a massive year for the You Need To Calm Down singer, who released her seventh studio album Lover; was named Billboard's Woman Of The Decade; and was given the 2019 VMA for Video Of The Year.
We have no doubt that 2020 will be even bigger for her.
Bring on the mud and gumboots - we're off to Glastonbury. If we can get tickets.
