There's One Actor Hugh Jackman Doesn't Want Playing 'Wolverine'
ICYMI Hugh Jackman announced last year that Logan, the third movie in the Wolverine series, would be the final time he dons the metal blades and flattering bodysuit.
We knew it would come eventually. We knew it. But, not now – not when he had so much to act for!
In true Jackman style though, he humbly accepted the character would live on – not just in our gentle hearts, but on big screens.
However, Jackman told NYT there was one actor who he didn’t want to take over.
“The character will go on…someone else will play it, for sure,” he told NYT. “Unless Daniel Day-Lewis plays him and wins the Oscar – then I might have a little problem.”

Banter/10 from the most lovable Australian eveerrrrr.
And just as we were getting the tissues out at the thought of Jackman retiring, he gave us the news that made our week that little bit better.
“Let’s be clear,” he said. “I’m not retiring.”
Ahh, we can sleep easy now :’)
