High Court Gives Tick Of Approval For SSM Postal Plebiscite To Go Ahead
In breaking news the Australian High Court has approved the same sex marriage postal plebisicite to go ahead.
This ruling came after challenges came from the Australian Marriage Equality and a member of the Greens Party that argued the survey was illegal. The chief argument was whether or not the government should be allowed to use the Australian Bureau of Statistics to gather 'opinion' from the public.
