Jay-Z Confesses To Cheating On Beyonce In Tell All Interview
Did he or didn't he? Rumours of Jay-Z's infidelity have been fueled in recent years largely due to songs released by he and his wife that alluded to a major breakdown in their relationship.
Of course there was the whole 'Becky with the good hair' fiasco and the lyrics in Jay's track 4:44 didn't need to be read between the lines if ya know what we're saying.

But today in a tell all interview with The New York Times, the 47-year-old has openly admitted that he did indeed cheat on his wife of almost 10 years.
"You have to survive. So you go into survival mode, and when you go into survival mode, what happens? You shut down all emotions. So, even with women, you gonna shut down emotionally, so you can't connect. ... In my case, like, it's deep. And then all the things happen from there: infidelity," he told Dean Baquet.
"The strongest thing a man can do is cry," Jay-Z said in a discussion with Dean Baquet, the executive editor of @nytimes. Recently, the 2 sat down for a discussion on topics that ranged from marriage to O.J. Simpson, the subject of a song from the rapper’s latest album, “4:44.” (Yesterday, Jay-Z received 8 #Grammy nominations for the album, which mixed dark personal confessions with meditations about race.) In this @tmagazine video, #JayZ discusses marriage: “You don’t want to look inside yourself, and so you walk away,” he said. The conversation is the cover story in @tmagazine’s 2017 Holiday issue. As we now know they both released music that hinted at the dysfunction in their relationship.
"We were using our art almost like a therapy session. And we started making music together. And then the music she was making at that time was further along. So, her album came out as opposed to the joint album that we were working on."
He also went on to say that they almost divorced and explained how he dealt with telling his wife about his infidelity.
"The hardest thing is seeing pain on someone’s face that you caused, and then have to deal with yourself," he said.
It looks like the couple are now in a really good place and have moved on from their problems.
And if we're going to look at the silver linings, we all got to hear some really fire music from this whole clusterf*ck.
