Jemaine Clement Spills New Details About 'What We Do In The Shadows' TV Spinoff
Titled Wellington Paranormal, the forthcoming series is set to air next year, and according to producer Paul Yates (via Stuff), it'll be "like Police Ten7 meets The X-Files."
The show will follow local cops Mike Minogue and Karen O'Leary, who starred in WWDITS back in 2014.

Both Mike & Karen are part of the "Wellington Police Paranormal Unit who investigate things like ghosts, werewolves and demonic possessions of the Wellington region," Jemaine told Stuff.
"It's surprising how many demonic possessions there are," he joked.
"There was a very tense situation at the Bucket Fountain – I can tell you it involved a possible Gateway from Hell. We're very concerned about this kind of stuff."
"One or two werewolves pop up and perhaps a vampire, that you may be familiar with if you've seen What We Do In The Shadows," he added.
ICYMI, the vampire reprising his role is thought to be Cori Gonzalez-Macuer's Nick.
"We had an incident with some zombies, which got pretty tense there. So luckily they're taken care of. A couple of crew members were turned into zombies – I think. It's hard to tell sometimes," he told Stuff.
"Also, some very worrying things have happened in Lower Hutt as well. There was a party in Khandallah that got a bit out of hand, too, with some undead member of the Wellington public."
