So The Winner Of Eurovision 2018 Has Been Announced & Jessica Mauboy Was Absolutely Robbed
So if you were one of those eager beavers who woke up at 5am to watch the Eurovision 2018 Grand Final, this won't be news to you but for those who didn't - we're sorry to break it to you but Jessica Mauboy didn't win.
In fact, not only did she not win - she placed 20th.
This is a stark difference to how we've previously done in the competition since our inclusion back in 2015, as we've always placed in the top 10 - with Dami Im even taking second place back in 2016.
28-year-old Mauboy, always humble and charming, is taking it well, giving a glowing inteview to Channel 7 where she said, "I didn't feel that sadness, I felt really celebrated."

WE STAN A HUMBLE QUEEN.
It seriously feels like only yesterday we were watching a 16-year-old Mauboy audition for Australian Idol - another competition she was robbed of - in the outback, swatting flies out of her face.
As for the winner, the title went to Netta of Isreal, who's song 'Toy' is absolutely ridiculous but also absolutely ridiculously catchy.
Watch semi-final performances of 'Toy' and Mauboy's banger 'We Got Love' below.
