Johnny Danger's Friend Releases Heartbreaking Statement Explaining His Fatal Crash
The social media star tragically died yesterday, as a result of a fatal motorcycle accident.
A friend of Danger & spokesperson for Wolfpack Incorporated - an organisation that raises money for charity - said they "did everything possible'' to try and save him.
"[We] left Albany for the second half ride. Johnny and the group headed off and it was in this section Johnny had come off the road,'' Gareth Williams told the NZ Herald.
"From what myself and other riders there think, could be due to the loose gravel on the road, which I believed caused the accident."
"We are devastated and our thoughts and prayers are with Johnny and his family and friends," Williams shared in a statement to 1 News.
"Johnny was a friend and he will be deeply missed we had a lot of laughs together and still can't believe what’s happened."
"As the shock of situation began to set in everyone on site that was involved did everything possible and I would like to give those involved full credit to that and the response from the ambulance was fast also," he continued.
"Unfortunately, after the ambulance and other services arrived we had been informed he didn’t pull through."
"For those who knew Johnny knew he loved riding and having a laugh he was a solid bloke who loved a danger lager as long as it was backed up with the danger swig," his statement continued.
"Ride hard to your next destination Danger - we will see you soon."
Our thoughts go out to Johnny's family and friends <3
