Jordin Sparks slams ex Jason Derulo on radio show
Yeah, well ever since then, Jordin has been talking major smack about Jason in a very public and not-so-amicable kind of way.
Sparks found an outlet for her repressed anger towards Derulo in her song “How Bout Now” where she sings “You probably don’t remember half the shit that I did for you.”
Then the 25 year-old singer let it spill in a radio interview on New York’s Power 105 The Breakfast Club show that the BMW the “Talk Dirty” singer had given her for Christmas was actually a lease!
Jordin found out when the leasing company called her. Ouch...
However, Jason denied this by posting a veeeery grainy looking photo of the bill of sale for the vehicle on Instagram, with the caption: “Women Lie, Men Lie, Numbers Don’t Lie! #WhyLease,” which has since been deleted.
What an awkward he said-she said sitch...
On the show, JS also talked about how the break up happened, saying that after they had had a random fight she “apologised, whatever. I asked him if we were good and he’s like, ‘We’re good.’ So then I leave and he just doesn’t call, but he helped me with my bag to the car and he kissed me. He told me he loved me and then didn’t call.”
Sparks continued, “I was like, ‘What the f*ck’ I’m the type of person who needs communication. I’m like, ‘We need to talk about this so we can move past it.’ And he wasn’t responding, so I stopped responding. So I was like, ‘You need to come get your shit.’ So he got all of his stuff out of my house because he was living with me.”
We don’t think this was the type of “dirty talk” Jason was requesting in his hit song...
Now it seems as though Jordin is finally ready to move on and stop talking about her ex as she Instagrammed a more zen-like Maya Angelou quote about love earlier today.
It goes both ways. When someone shows you their heart & makes an effort to let you in, don't forget it. Remember how being vulnerable can be a bit scary for everyone. But, be aware when they show you how they feel about you through their actions. Keep your eyes open. Tag a friend who needs a reminder! #foodforthought
