Kate Upton reveals everything she eats in a day
The 'World’s Most Googled Model', according to Sports Illustrated magazine, Kate Upton has revealed her diet on a “good day” in an interview with the ‘London Evening Standard’.
And to be honest – it's very, very strict.
Here it is...
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs (one white, one whole) with spinach and green tea
Snack: 10 raw almonds and a green juice
Lunch: Quinoa with herb-crusted grilled chicken and grilled veggies
Snack: Protein bar
Dinner: Sashimi or a kale salad with grilled salmon and cashews
Somehow we thought Kate would be a secret carb-loader or have a self-confessed sweet tooth, but it turns out – it really does take a lot of hard-work to maintain her trademark curves. Focus, discipline, and portion control, she says.
"For me, it's about being strong, having the strength to work ten-hour days, and eating healthily."
Kate also told the UK publication she’ll go on a 48-hour juice cleanse before a shoot, and that she is still body-shy.
“Well, I am and I'm not at the same time. Every person has insecurities. But this is the body I was given, I appreciate it and I try to take care of it every day as best I can, but I always enjoy my life. So I'm not going to let my insecurities stop me from enjoying life."
