Khloe Kardashian’s Trainer Spills The Beans On How She Gets Her 'Revenge Body'
Personal trainer to the stars, Gunnar Peterson, has given MTV an exclusive peek into a gym sesh with Khloé Kardashian and what it takes to get her incredible body.
The Kardashian sister is well-known for her inspiring body transformation in recent years, which motivated her KUWTK spin-off show Revenge Body with Khloé Kardashian.
Gunnar has been training the Kardashians for nearly two decades, first taking Kim into his gym when she was just 19. And it's obvious his methods with the reality lineage work.
He's recently teamed up with another famous client, Chris Hemsworth, to collaborate on a health and fitness app Centr, which provides users with a comprehensive library of workouts and recipes to get a body just as glamourous as a celebrity.
But Gunnar warns that getting a body like Khloé's doesn't come without hard work.
“She came to me at a time when she needed to make some lifestyle changes and she started working out and it just became a thing. She was there every single day with me – it was fun, it was great for me,” Gunnar said about her routine overhaul.
“She really gets after it and she’s not about excuses, she’s not a late person. She comes in and crushes it."

And according to Gunnar, it’s the “big-boy moves” that carve out her signature curves.
“Khloé, you can go hard and heavy and Khloe is not a stranger, nor is she shy, of weights and big movements and multi-joint squat variations, lunge variations,” he said.
The reality star has been open in the past about her struggle with yo-yoing weight and fad diets, but says building consistency and balance into her daily routine is the key to a strong bod.
Her fitness regime has certainly helped her get through some times. Following her tumultuous split with Lamar Odom in 2016, Khloé hit the iron to get in shape both mentally and physically, before meeting Tristan Thompson.
Having split up with Tristan after the very public cheating scandal earlier this year, we’re sure that the gym is a welcomed respite for the reality star.
If someone as busy as a Kardashian can create time, then heck, so can we! Guess it’s time to learn what a ‘multi-joint squat variation’ is….
