Louis Tomlinson Won't Be 'Criminally Charged' Over Airport Incident
Louis Tomlinson fans can breathe a sigh of relief, as it's being reported the singer won't be charged over his airport brawl.
The singer was initially facing charges for criminal battery, after a photographer and a woman claimed he attacked them in baggage claim - both made a citizen's arrests at the time.
Louis was iinitally arrested after a paparazzo started hounding the singer. The incident at LAX escualted when two 'fans; began attacking his current GF Eleanor Calder and he ran to defend her.
If you've seen the footage, you can clearly see a group of girls surrounding her.
According to TMZ, Louis will go to the L.A. City Attorney’s Office for an informal hearing, where both sides will be invited to present their version of events. A hearing officer will "advise the parties on how they should conduct themselves in the future, but no criminal charges will be filed."
Since the altercation, several LAX employees have come forward to confirm that the singer did not intentionally hit the photographer or woman.
The hearing is set to take place at the end of this month.
