REPORTS: Man Has Been Arrested & Charged With Selling Counterfeit Drugs To Mac Miller
Almost exactly one year since his death, authorities may have uncovered some answers behind Mac Miller's untimely passing.
Federal court documents claim that 28-year-old Cameron James Pettit gave Mac counterfeit oxycodone pills laced with fentanyl just days before he overdosed.
Petit was arrested and charged on Wednesday after authorities uncovered Instagram messages that lead them to alledge he supplied fatal narcotics.
The DM conversations revealed telling admissions like, "nothing has happened yet…but it might," "'I’m gonna get off the grid…move to another country," and "I think I should probably not post anything … just to be smart.”
Initially investigators said Mac's death in September 2018 was an accident, but this latest development indeed indicates something more sinister was at play.
