For DJ GG Magree you'd think that her life is one big party after another. And it is. For the most part. But performing her high energy sets every night takes a level of stamina that you're probably not going to get from a couple of Berocca's.
When she's not sweating, dancing, Twerking, singing, jumping, spinning and dropping for fans, the 28-year-old is putting in the hard yards and training through the week. But given her ~vibrant~ personality you can imagine that even her workouts are anything but boring. Here's what a week looks like in GG's workout routine...
3-6km's to work her calves, thighs and bum.
Stand Up Paddle Boading
2-3 times a week for up to 2 hours for an intense core workout.
30 minute On-The-Go Workout
A circuit of squats, booty side taps and push ups that can be done while she is on the road.
One-on-one hip-hop dance classes to give her inspo and stamina for her performances.
