Âme to headline Strawberry Fields 2014
Set in the Victorian wildlands over three days in November, Strawberry Fields is going to be a rich mix of techno, house, acoustic and folk sounds. So to pump up the excitement, the guys behind the festival have announced the main headliner with the honour going to German boys Âme. These very talented producers will exclusively be playing over four hours of beats at the festival which is to be held from the 21st to 23rd of November.
If you’re wondering what Strawberry Fields even is, don’t stress because organisers have given this pretty well rounded description!
“The smiles, the sunburn, the sounds, the sky and the clouds. The strangers, the friends, and the foreigners. The driving, the dancing, the laughing, and the falling over in the dark. The campsite envy, the forgetting of socks, the lack of ice and surplus of dirt. These are the things which will define the greatest weekend of your life.”
Being located in bushland only a few hours out of Melbourne and with a huge line up of performers set to make the summer weather even hotter – we think they’ve hit the nail on the head with this one!
The full line up will be announced in the coming months but as for tickets, the first two releases have already sold out, although more will be on sale from June 1st so get in quick!
