Jay-Z kicked off the ‘2012 Radio 1’s Hackney Weekend' festival in London this Saturday and had a few of his music pals join him on stage!
According to the Press Association, the rapper was first joined by Barbadian beauty Rihanna and the pair sang ‘Run This Town’ together to a cheering crowd.
"That's a good start, but I need you all to turn it all the way up, let me hear how much noise you can make out there," the hip-hop heavy weight told the crowd and then launched into his hit song '99 Problems.'
The rapper then introduced singer M.I.A. who sang ‘Paper Planes’ and ‘Bad Girls,’ while he took a short break.
When Jay-Z returned he was joined by his pal and ‘Watch The Throne’ partner Kanye West, and they performed a rendition of ‘N****s In Paris’ and ‘No Church In the Wild.'
Meanwhile, their significant others Beyonce and Kim Kardashian were spotted in the crowd cheering their fellas on. The girls seem to be quickly becoming firm BFFs as they were pictured dancing and chatting together.
Other artists to take to the stage at the two-day event at Hackney Marshes in London were Jessie J, Will.i.am, Nicki Minaj, Florence + The Machine and Plan B.
