Jen Hawkins sends ‘onlookers into a frenzy‘ at the 2014 ASTRA Awards!
Last night our gorgeous VJ Kate Peck walked the red carpet with a collection of awesome Aussie talent at the 12th Annual ASTRA Awards. From Didier Cohen to Marcia Hines and even the Real Housewives of Melbourne, check out what Kate has to say about the all the shocks and frocks on the red carpet this year…
Jen Hawkins in Roberto Cavalli – The ‘Australia’s Next Top Model’ presenter was a babe as per usual. She was absolutely stunning in her backless dress that revealed her sexy, toned back. That gym-bunny derriere sent most onlookers into a frenzy!
Marcia Hines - A recently divorced (to hubby number 4!) and gorgeous as ever Marcia Hines dazzled the red carpet in a figure-hugging hourglass number that fit her like a glove. The revealing fine lace and mesh on the top-half gave the outfit plenty of sass and showed off those EPIC guns of hers.
Nicole Trunfio - I'm still unsure about the outfit choice here. It looks like a revealing doily, but very fashion forward nonetheless. There is definitely something timeless and elegant about this 60’s inspired lace gown, she definitely stood out amongst the crowd!
The Real Housewives of Melbourne clan - Hmm, I can't say I favour much of this! They definitely got heads turning, but I’m not sure if it was for all the right reasons! While I’m thinking their frocks are more like ‘shocks’ they did have some pretty amazing hairstyles. Props to bringing back the quiff ladies!
Didier Cohen – The model-turned-presenter was looking super sharp with his cute-as-pie girlfriend who rocked a stunning white gown. This young man always pulls it together and scrubs up rather well I must say. He always has some pretty amazing arm candy with him too! These two are just adorable!
Prinnie Stevens – The stunning singer looked pretty damn fine in a figure-hugging masterpiece. She was fresh and healthy like a well-dressed salad! I just love these colours on her.
Shaynna Blaze - The Lifestyle queen won award after award and hosted the whole shindig. Every outfit she changed into onstage was better than the last but it was her red carpet number that really made her shine! Red tones are really big this season. Va-va- voom!
