Jesse McCartney Writing For Natasha Beddingfield
We were a tad shocked when we found out that baby faced Jesse McCartney co-wrote 'Bleeding Love' for Leona Lewis.
Here we were thinking he was naught but a pretty face with with luscious blonde highlights, but turns out there's much more to the teen heartthrob than that. Not only was 'Bleeding Love' the top selling single of 2007 in the UK but it also propelled the gorgeous Leona to from reality TV obscurity into super stardom.
Now the 'Leavin' singer has his sights set on launching another Brit back to the top of the US pop charts, and it's none other than songstress Natasha Bedingfield.
J Mac says, "I recently had a radio gig with Natasha Bedingfield, and we were backstage, and we were talking, and we swapped numbers. I was like, 'Let's get together and write something. Let's do something. Let's go to the studio and jam.' She was down. I would love to do something with her. She's an amazing vocalist."
Onya McCartney - after the release of her attrocious second album 'N.B', looks like Natasha can use all the help she can get. While her first album 'Unwritten' was heralded by critics, 'N.B.' was a rather scary affair. Want some proof? Check out the desperate vid for "I Wanna Have Your Babies" - enough to make any man with two legs and a heartbeat run a mile! We won't even go there with the dancing babies...
The star has also laughed off reports he's dating Aubrey O'Day. Some months ago, the Danity Kane hottie and the ex-boyband member set the internet alight with rumours that they were dating after they were spotted canoodling out and about, but McCartney has reveals they were just leaving a party with pals.
He says, "We went out one night. My whole band and all my friends where there. Her friends were there. We went out that one night, but it never really amounted to anything."
Sorry Jess, you may be trying to protect the hearts of your pre-teen fans, but we think the pictures says otherwise!
