Taking place on October 22 at the iconic Brunswick venue, Howler, Courtney will bring her garage rock-infused folk style to an intimate audience. And rumour has it a verrrrry special guest will be joining Courtney on stage. We can’t say who but trust me you won't wanna miss it.
The 31-year-old first cut her teeth in the city known as the home of live music, in Melbourne’s underground scene back in 2010 when she gigged around some truly iconic venues.
After a whirlwind few years which saw the musician go boom in 2015 following her debut album ‘Sometimes I Sit and Think, and Sometimes I Just Sit’ she has now reached cult status.
Between now and then she has earned her keep in the industry by receiving a bunch of ARIA Awards and casually earning a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist in 2016. No biggie.
Appearances on The Tonight Show, Saturday Night Live, and The Ellen DeGeneres Show have all firmly cemented her as one of our most talented and celebrated local exports.
In 2018 she followed things up with her sophomore solo album 'Tell Me How You Really Feel' after a lengthy creative process which both critics and fans agreed was well worth the wait.
This filmed special event will take place on Tuesday October 22 - if you’re keen on being a part of the live audience head here to register for tickets.
