But, despite disappointing sales for her new record ‘Bionic’ and splitting up from her hubby Jordan Bratman, the pop princess is back and ready to put it all behind her.
And what better way to do that than bagging a bad boy rapper to collaborate with!
Yep, the songstress has revealed she’s recorded a track with rapper T.I.
Taking to the studio with the hip hop star before he was sent to prison for violating his parole earlier this year, the ‘Dirrty’ star told Now Radio,
“He's now incarcerated in jail," she said of her collaborator.
"I did a song with Alex The Kid, the producer, called Castle Walls. It's probably going to be released as one of the singles off his upcoming album."
Meanwhile, the hitmaker has also been busy working on her debut movie ‘Burlesque.’
But shooting the new flick, which saw Xtina take part in a range of punishing dance routines, has been harder than she thought…
The mum-of-one told The Sun, "Getting down on my knees for some of the movements bruised me.
"I bruise easily, but I looked like I got in a car accident on some of the days."
