The MTV Movie Awards has just gone into OMG-generating overdrive!
News has just broken that the stars from the unstoppable ‘Twilight’ juggernaut Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautnor and Robert Pattinson will present an exclusive clip from the highly anticipated blockbuster ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ at the ‘2010 MTV Movie Awards.’ That means you’ll be among the first to get a gander at a never-before-seen clip from the next instalment!
And if that wasn’t enough, get ready to pick your jaw up off the ground ‘Team Jacob’, because this year, the wolf-pack will be prowling the red carpet!
Chaske Spencer (pictured) aka drool-worthy werewolf Sam Uley, will man (and wolf) the mike on the red carpet as the official MTV International ‘2010 Movie Awards’ guest red carpet correspondent to give international audiences the inside word on the most talked about moments at the awards ceremony.
Last year, it was Vamps vs. Slumdogs, but in 2010, its Supernatural vs Sci-fi with devoted Twihards voting through the roof to put the mega-movie in a dead heat against the global smash hit ‘Avatar’ in nominations.
Also joining the holy trinity of ‘Twilight’ will be superstar presenters Aziz Ansari, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Zac Efron, Jonah Hill, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Steve Carell, Miranda Cosgrove, Shaun White, Vanessa Hudgens, and Sean “Diddy” Combs .
In addition, soul diva Christina Aguilera will show off her pipes when she takes to the stage to perform ‘Not Myself Tonight,’ the first single off her upcoming album ‘Bionic (available June 8) and Katy Perry will perform her hit summer anthem ‘California Gurls,’ the first single from her forthcoming album ‘Teenage Dream’ .
