Miley Cyrus has left behind her racy on-stage costumes and multi-million dollar LA mansion for a mighty charity mission in Haiti.

Teaming up with the Starkey Hearing Foundation, the tween starlet, who first visited the earthquake-ravaged country back in March, helped distribute and fit hearing aids to more than 400 people.

In a video posted on YouTube, the 18-year-old is seen showing off her maternal side while cuddling and comforting a bunch of school kids in the Caribbean country, before leading a sing-a-long of her hit ‘Party In The USA.’

The ‘Can’t Be Tamed’ star, who was dressed down in a simple T-shirt with no scrap of make-up for the trip, also met with Haitian President Michel Martelly, who she told,

“I hope I can come back soon.”

And it seems the 'Hannah Montana' actress was particularly touched by one young boy, named Emanuel.

Taking to her Twitter page, she wrote,

“That's a little boy named Emanuel :) we fit him w hearing aids... I've never seen a smile like his!”

“I can't wait to go back.”
