Things are definitely looking up for troubled songstress Demi Lovato!
The ‘Disney’ startlet, who’s currently in rehab for “ongoing physical and emotional issues” could be about to make an explosive return to music.
The popstar, who checked into a US treatment centre back in October, has caught the attention of one of the world’s most successful record producers – Timbaland.
The music mogul, who’s previously worked with the likes of Katy Perry and Justin Timberlake, has reached out to the 18-year-old for a hot new collaboration!
Speaking in a video message posted on YouTube, ‘The Way I Are’ hitmaker said,
"Demi, I'm... sitting here looking. Man, I'm just like, 'Wow'. You are amazing, girl,"
"I'm kind of funny. I'm very hard to please, and I'm just not an easy person to please, so I'm very impressed. I'm very impressed. I got to hear you sing some of your songs, and I'm like, 'Wow'."
And just in case that wasn’t enough to win the singer over, the hip hop star then went on to play an acoustic track that he’d penned especially for her.
He added, "I'm going to play a song that we did just for you. It ain't finished. It don't have my stamp of knockness to it yet.
"I'm playing a song just for you, only for you. Are you ready? It goes something like this. I wrote this for you."
As of yet there’s been no response back from Demi’s camp – but watch this space…
