Roxette
are bringing the ‘Joyride’
back to Oz!
The legendary Swedish pop duo have announced they’re headed for our shores for a very special tour at venues around Australia in February next year!
The 1980s band, made up of Marie Fredriksson and Per Gessle, have topped the Aussie charts with smash hits including ‘It Must Have Been Love’ and ‘The Look.’ They’ve also achieved pop world domination, with albums such as ‘Tourism,’ ‘Crash! Boom! Bang!’ and their greatest hits record ‘Don’t Bored Us, Get To The Chorus.’
And now, with more than 75 million record sales under their belts, Sweden’s most successful musical exports - who are currently wowing fans across Europe and South America on their world tour - are preparing to return Down Under!
“The concerts have been amazing so far,” said Per Gessle. “Marie and the band are in top shape and the response has been incredible. And the way the new album has been received is great. We feel very fortunate and look forward to a very exciting year!”
