A source tells US Weekly that flirty pals Demi Lovato and One Direction star Niall Horan slipped out together after the show to grab a bite to eat at Pink Taco.
But the dinner date can’t have lasted long – later that night Niall and fellow 1D member Zayn Malik made a million teenage fantasies come true when they headed to fellow pop sensation Justin Bieber’s place for an evening in with the boys!

“Chillin with the homies” Justin tweeted along with a snap of the group.
“Guys night in full effect” he continued.
In Touch Weekly’s ‘Icons & Idols’ party was held at the famous Chateau Marmont where guests including Kendra Wilkinson, ‘Glee’ star Chord Overstreet and Nick and Joe Jonas mingled and enjoyed a pumping set from ‘Jersey Shore’s resident mix master DJ Pauly D!
Brit boyband The Wanted had a busy night – as well as visiting the In Touch Weekly party the boys stopped in at the 2012 NBA Baller Beats by XBOX 360 VMA Lounge, mingling with the US women's gymnastics team, A.J. McLean of the Backstreet Boys, Far East Movement and Karmin, who also performed during the event.
According to The Sun, new couple Katy Perry and John Mayer enjoyed a meal at LA hotspot Madeo after the awards, before heading to the Esquire VMA after-party at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
And ‘Jersey Shore’ stars Deena Cortese, Sammi Giancola and Ronnie Magro hit the Beats By Dr. Dre & Lil Wayne VMA After-Party!
“Having a blast at playhouse…” Sammi tweeted, followed by a snap of the trio at the bash.
