The singer has been dating the Brazillian model, who is 28 years younger than her, following her divorce from Guy Ritchie in 2008.
Jesus, 23, who met Madge, 51, during a photoshoot, is believed to have initiated the split because they had very little in common.
A source told the Chicago Sun, “The problem is as simple as it is obvious – it’s the age difference. How long could it last? How it even lasted a year seems a miracle to a lot of people.
“They are in such different places in their lives. They both benefited, but it’s pretty much over now.”
The news comes just days after Jesus was snapped frolicking with three bikini-clad girls in Brazil.
