Kanye West must be feeling mighty generous! The rapper has announced he will post a new song on twitter every weekend until Christmas for his G.O.O.D. Friday initiative.

He posted, “I'm dropping one new song every weekend until Xmas. It may be my song, it may be a new [Jay-Z] song, etc.”

In the last fortnight, to the delight of fans, he’s posted his new track with Beyonce entitled ‘See Me Now’, and his ‘Power’ remix with Jay-Z and Swizz Beats. All up, he will release 18 new songs by the end of the year.

The ‘Jesus Walks’ hitmaker, who has his own label, is likely to include songs from signings Kid Cudi, Pusha T of Clipse and Consequence, as well as a forthcoming remix of Justin Beiber’s ‘Runaway Love’ with the Wu-Tang Clan’s Raekwon. (The latter has since been taken offline, cited as an IFPI copyright violation.)

And seeing his only months away from dropping his new album tentatively titled ‘Good Ass Job’, fans are likely to hear a smattering of those tracks too.

Speaking about the releases, he said: "We look at the game completely different now. It's about the fans."

And it seems like he’s burning the candle at both ends to do it. ‘Ye said: "[Producer] Swizz [Beats] looked at me the other night and said, 'Man are you getting sleep?'" West tweeted. "I told him I can't sleep. My people need this new music."

"I'm calling it good Fridays. Yall know every Friday yall gone have a new joint from our family. ... No more holding back."

Can’t wait to hear it ‘Ye! Hook it up!
