As we reported last month, the pair were due to hook up in the studio the day before the ARIA Awards - but Stan called off sick.
When we talked to Guy at the ARIA bash the next day he told us that Stan was tucked up in bed before adding: "I'll kill him if I see him out on the town!"
Then who did we see shortly afterwards strutting the ARIA red carpet like the cat that got the cream? None other than smiley Stan! Uh-oh....
But there's good news - if there was a rift following Stan's ickle white lie, it's all been resolved. The honey-piped teen has declared his love for Sebastian who in turn has been sprinkling Mr Walker with his musical magic.
Stan told the Herald-Sun newspaper: "[Guy] is awesome. I love his style, I love his music, I love him.
"I'm a bit of a Guy groupie. He says he isn't, but he's taking me under his wing and showing me a few things. He's the man.. We're going to be writing some songs together."
He added: "What advice has he given me? Just to be careful, don't forget who you are, stay aware of things that are happening."
Ah, we love a happy ending.
