He’s the self-proclaimed king of hip hop, but now P Diddy is chasing some real royal respect after revealing that he’d like to perform at Prince William and Kate Middleton's upcoming wedding, as well as have afternoon tea with the Queen!
The mega-rich mogul, who is currently in the UK to promote his latest album ‘Last Train To Paris’, told the Daily Star: "I want to be involved in the royal wedding for sure. William and Kate need to give me a call. They don't need any other entertainment, just me."
"I'm cool with that, to enter the festivities," he said. "It's going to be a beautiful historical time, so whatever I can do to be part of the festivities, I'm just a phone call away."
And it’s not just the future King Dids has in his sights – the rapper also wants to get intimate with the Queen over some tea and Scotch Finger Biscuits!
"I'll be sending a couple of memos out to the Queen to see if she wants to have some tea with me and catch the vibe for the Last Train to Paris," the hip-hop star joked to BBC Radio One.
"She's met so many interesting people, so why stop now? I think it would be one of the most exciting lunches of her life."
But while Diddy may be keen to “vibe” the Queen, the feelings clearly aren’t reciprocated!
Diddy, 41, joked to the Daily Star: “I went to Buckingham Palace this morning because I want to play The Queen my new album but they wouldn’t let me in. I couldn’t believe it.”
