He was disliked by his previous neighbours in West Hollywood for his noisy parties, so it’s no surprise that Chris Brown has decided to up and move to some fancy new digs in the Hollywood Hills!
What is surprising though is the fact the luxury home is just eight miles away from his ex-girlfriend Rihanna’s own mansion, according to RadarOnline.com. But they won’t be neighbours for long – Rih recently put her eight-bedroom luxury home on the market for $4.5million!
Chris' place, which he snatched up in October for a cool $1.5million, is a three bedroom, three-bathroom ultra modern bachelor pad and includes an elevator, modern patio and living room, with two stories of windows and a massive swimming pool.
As well as annoying his neighbours with all night parties, the hitmaker also accrued thousands of dollars in tickets at his previous West Hollywood home - apparently his allocated parking spots were all marked as handicapped, but he won’t have the same dramas at his new pad…
“He won't have to deal with pesky nosy neighbours or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house,” a source told RadarOnline.com.
