The legendary hip hop star has bagged an incredible TEN nominations, including ‘Album Of The Year,’ and ‘Best Rap Album’ for his smash hit new record ‘Recovery.’
Meanwhile biting at his heels, is the second-highest nominee, rising new artist Bruno Mars, who’s up for seven, including ‘Best Male Pop Vocal Performance,’ against the late music icon Michael Jackson.
Also doing it for the boys is Justin Bieber, who's celebrating after scooping his very first Grammy nods!
The teen idol, who’s nominated for ‘Best New Artist’ and 'Best Pop Vocal Album' gushed on Twitter,
"Win or lose...this is #CRAZY!! the GRAMMYS!!! #HOLYCRAP!!! WOOOHOOO...ok ok..need to sleep. ARE U KIDDING ME!!"
And someone who’s no stranger to picking up trophies is wacky songstress Lady Gaga, who’s excelled herself yet again by racking up six gongs – and will be up against pop rival Katy Perry for ‘Album Of The Year.’
Other nominees this year include rapper Jay-Z and country stars Lady Antebellum - who’ve also picked up an incredible 6 nods each!
