The singer, who has scooped 9 Moonmen during her poptastic career, is planning a spectacular (not to mention tear-jerking) performance to honour her brother, who died in June.
The stage show is a closely guarded secret and rehearsals are being ruled with an iron rod by security, but an MTV insider has revealed: “There won’t be a dry eye in the house.”
Alongside Janet, other acts set to perform on the night are Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Green Day, Taylor Swift, Pink and Muse.
Speaking of the Intergalactic Brit rockers – the trio are set to perform ’West Side Story’ show tune, ’America’, as well as their humungous new single, ’Uprising’.
Muse frontman Matt Bellamy told MTV: 'West Side Story' is really cool... The song we chose to play, 'America,' is a very catchy tune.”
It promises to be an awesome night in every respect…
