Just when we thought music bosses couldn’t possibly squeeze in any more superstar performers – the ‘2012 Grammy Awards’ have gone and nabbed Katy Perry too!
The fiery pop princess, who’s up for two nominations on the night, will take to the stage at the LA bash on Sunday February 12.
And we can’t think of a better way to help the newly single singer get over her recent split from hubby Russell Brand! The blue-haired hitmaker will be joined at the 54th Annual event by a host of huge names including Adele, Nicki Minaj, Kelly Clarkson and Taylor Swift.
And could there be room for one more female pop icon..?
According to E Online, Britney Spears may be planning on getting in on some awards action herself!
Despite not being up for any gongs this year, the ‘Hold It Against Me’ star is pipped to make a surprise appearance at the A-list pre-Grammy party the night before!
