The Chemical Brothers are back for their first live show in 18 months.

The popular dance group will play two shows in London and headline a night at the Sonar festival in Barcelona, Spain in June.

Ed Simons and Tom Rowlands decided to take a break from music after a lengthy live tour promoting their last album ‘We Are The Night’ in 2007.

The duo, who’ve performed at Glastonbury festival three times, have previously revealed their fears over the long term health effects their loud show could have on their health.

“Playing live is great, the feedback from the audience and all that. The only problem is that I really ruin my health with it,” said Tom.

“On stage there is the temptation of turning the music louder and louder. It’s like a drug and after a show I always end up with ringing in my ears.”
