And now pals of the actress, who’ll face the judge after failing her most recent drug test, have revealed how she went straight from rehab to partying the minute she was released.
One insider, who claims to have visited Li-Lo during her stint in rehab, told HollywoodLife.com how the redhead never thought just “a line of coke” would show up in her system.
“After she got out, I started hearing things [about drug use.] She was having parties, and there was alcohol and stuff at her apartment,” said the source.
“She lives in this fantasy land, where she thinks, ‘A line of coke won’t show up in my system.’
Now those closest to the ‘Mean Girls’ star insist she’s “scared out of her mind” about returning to jail.
“Everything’s caught up to her now,” said the source.
“She’s scared out of her mind. She says she has regrets this time [about doing drugs while on probation]. I was shocked she actually said she did have regrets, but she’s finally met her match this time with the court system, because she’s not in control of the situation. She’s being treated like anyone else. I’m sure the judge will be hard on her.”
Meanwhile her troubled pal Paris Hilton is facing further drug drama of her own.

After pleading guilty to a cocaine possession charge this week, the heiress has been denied entry into Japan – after touching down for a business trip to promote her fashion line.
The 29-year-old arrived at the Narita International Airport on a chartered flight and was immediately detained by immigration officials, after a court in Las Vegas gave her two six-month suspended jail sentence.
According to local news agency Jiji, the Narita branch of the Tokyo immigration state that no one on a suspended jail term is allowed to enter Japan except for "special reasons.”
Her rep told E! “She intended on fulfilling her contract and is trying hard to do the responsible thing, but this is beyond her control. She is very disappointed by tonight's events."
