Kylie Minogue left pub-goers jaws on the ground when she turned up at a little known pub in South West England and put on a surprise impromptu gig!
The diminutive star walked into the Ring O’ Bells pub in the sleepy English village of Somerset at 10.30pm, and sang a melody of hits to the surprise, and delight of punters. Kylie did it as a favour to her record company Parlaphone, who were holding an away day for their staff.
She belted out hits for an appreciative crowd of about 120 from a tiny alcove including her current hit 'All the Lovers' as well as classics 'I Should Be So Lucky' and 'Locomotion'.
Landlady Lauren Goddard, told the Daily Express: “It was all quite surreal, to be honest. It's not the sort of thing you expect to see in a quiet local pub like this. We were sworn to secrecy and didn't even tell the staff until 30 minutes before the doors opened.”
The evening also included sets by Parlophone artists Tinie Tempah, Eliza Doolittle and Morning Parade - before Kylie appeared as the main treat.
