After a four year hiatus – Blink 182
have confirmed they’re fully reunited with an eagerly awaited new album AND a 40-plus date tour!
And the pop punkers, who are teaming up with My Chemical Romance for the ‘2011 Honda Civic Tour’ across the States this August, say they can’t wait for fans to hear what they’ve got!
"We are very excited to kick off the tour. We're excited to have a new record be coming out while we're on this tour, and we're super excited to take it out on the road," Blink's Mark Hoppus told MTV News
“We've been doing some really cool stuff and different stuff with the new record. So I'm really excited to bring that out.”
And as for what concert-goers can expect from their live set – well, one thing’s for sure it’s going to be blinding!
"I just want lasers,” added member Tom DeLonge. “I think on this next tour we're going to be able to have a lot more options of what we can do, because the music is going to afford a little more latitude.”
