She’s known for her outrageous outfits – and now Lady Gaga has sensationally revealed the shocking lengths she used to go to in order to squeeze into her favourite attire.
The wacky singer, who’s headed to Oz as part of her ‘Born This Way Ball’ tour in June, has opened up about her longtime struggle with her weight.
"I used to throw up all the time in high school," the ‘Poker Face’ star told Maria Shriver in a new interview.
"I wanted to be a skinny little ballerina but I was a voluptuous little Italian girl whose dad had meatballs on the table every night."

And at one point her battle with bulimia became so bad, it almost wrecked her music career.
"It made my voice bad, so I had to stop," she added. "The acid on your vocal cords — it’s very bad.”
And even now, despite achieving worldwide fame as one of the biggest female pop icons on the planet, she admits she still feels insecure about her looks.
“I'm not that confident,” she said.
"Weight is still a struggle…Every video I'm in, every magazine cover, they stretch you - they make you perfect. It's not real life."
See why we can’t wait for mother monster to touch down on our shores in the video clip below…
