And superstars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner were all there at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles to pick up the prestigious gongs, including ‘Favourite Movie,’ ‘Favourite Drama’ and ‘Favourite Onscreen Team.’
But, while K-Stew, who also scooped the prize for ‘Favourite Movie Actress’ may have been celebrating, she left fans open mouthed when she accidentally hit her on and off screen lover R-Patz around the face when the pair stood up to wave to the crowd.
"Kristen accidentally smacked Rob upon standing," an onlooker told US Magazine. "She mouthed, 'Oh my God! Sorry!" and got even more uncomfortable than she already was."
But she wasn’t the only one uneasy on the night. Newly single Taylor Swift, who recently split from Hollywood heartthrob Jake Gyllenhaal, was surrounded by her exes!
And while she avoided a run in with Taylor Lautner, according to US Magazine, she seemed pretty pleased to see ‘Glee’ hunk Cory Monteith, and they were reportedly spied cuddling backstage.
Meanwhile ‘Disney’ startlet Selena Gomez hit the red carpet WITHOUT her rumoured beau Justin Bieber.
But despite rocking up solo, the songstress, who looked stunning in a pale ruffled gown, still had a huge grin on her face when she picked up the gong for ‘Favourite Breakout Artist.’
And talking of going solo - Zac Efron strutted the carpet without his ex Vanessa Hudgens. And, as well as his new single status, the hottie also showed off a sexy new shaven hair do!
