The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers has been left devastated after his mother passed away.
The singer, along with the rest of the band, pulled out of a gig in Sydney last week, as well as the Good Vibrations Festival, after Jean , 64, passed away in Nevada following a two-year battle with brain cancer.
The rockers also cancelled further shows in Asia an Australia citing “unforeseen circumstances.”
The Las Vegas group have recently fought off rumours they’re splitting up. An official statement on their website said, “The Killers would like to take this opportunity to assure their fans that any concerns about the future of the band are unfounded.
“They are all looking forward to some time off at the end of this tour as they have been on the road for a long time, but there are no plans for an indefinite hiatus.”
