He’s been looking a little chunky of late – but fear not ladies, superstar Zac Efron is on a mission to whip his bod back into tip top shape!
The 23-year-old actor, who piled on 20 pounds for his new role as a US Marine in war flick ‘The Lucky One,’ has embarked on a strict diet to regain his famous washboard abs.
The ‘High School Musical’ star has been snapped outside an LA studio carrying a bag full of Z.E.N (Zero Effort Nutrition) Foods - a diet delivery service that helps stars eat calorie-controlled meals.
And it seems he’s taken advice from someone who knows all about looking good in Hollywood – his ex Vanessa Hudgens.

The sexy brunette credits the same food service for keeping so trim, and she even says on their website, "I'm so thankful there's a service like Z.E.N. Foods.
"[It] tastes great and makes it so easy to eat right."
As part of the programme, customers receive a package of freshly prepared goods for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus a snack and dessert for $50.45 a day.
Earlier this month, Zac, who also shaved off his luscious locks for his new part, told E Online of his weight gain, "I was just eating, eating and eating."
