While millions of fans would give their left arm for the chance to get up close and personal with the Barbados-born beauty – the talk show star seemed less than stoked about having the songstress appear on her ‘Chelsea Lately’ show Down Under .
When quizzed about whether or not she’s a RiRi fan, the outrageous host, who’s here to film four episodes of her US show, replied,
“I saw her in concert the other night so I would definitely say that I’m…umm…interested in hearing her music… I just don’t know why I had to come all the way to Australia to meet another American.”
And talking of fellow Americans, the ‘2010 MTV VMA’ host, who chatted to MTV at a Sydney press conference at Foxtel Studios, was quick to defend troubled actress Lindsay Lohan.
“We did a thing with her for the VMAs. She was sober that day, I think she had just got out of rehab, so she was actually very pleasant to work with.”
And as for her impression of our local talent – well it seems she still needs a little convincing…
When asked what she thought of Aussie guys, the blonde bombshell, who’s recently been linked to 50 Cent, added,
“The only ones I’ve encountered have been big and muscular…and there’ve been a couple of stupid ones…but I haven’t had any sexual encounters if that’s what you’re talking about.”
